Alumni Relations Can Help You Organize Your Reunion
Theresa Pertz is about to celebrate 10 years of being a Carlson School MBA. And what better way to do this than to have a reunion with her former classmates? Pertz, a lead financial analyst at Target, is one of the key organizers of the Full-Time MBA Class of 2004 reunion.
“It all started with one person who’s living out of state planting the idea with a group of us about having a reunion,” she says. “I live in St. Paul, had some time, and have an interest in helping my classmates reconnect. I had a fabulous experience in MBA school and would love to see everyone again.”
Although Pertz is still working out logistics such as time and location, coordinating the reunion has been made easier for her through the help of Alumni Relations. “Carlson has created a private Facebook page for us to use to reconnect and share ideas,” she says. “Additionally, they’ve provided tools to track down classmates, and we’ll soon meet with school staff to talk about options and timelines. School staff are excited to assist us!”
Pertz’ classmates can find reunion information on Facebook at “Carlson Full-Time MBA Class of 2004.”
